CONNECTED, WITH A CLEAR SCOPE

Your data should move.
Your team shouldn’t retype it.

Use the tools available in ReconFlow today, then scope the approved connections your store needs. Each rollout defines which system owns the data and how updates are reviewed.

THE RIGHT INFORMATION. THE RIGHT PEOPLE.

Each account sees the work its roles and responsibilities allow. Connection requirements are explained below.

Inventory & RO imports

Available

Review supported inventory exports and prepared internal RO import packages before applying changes. Match vehicles by VIN, resolve conflicts, and retain imported source details. A partial inventory export does not automatically mark absent vehicles sold.

Photos, files & purchase paperwork

Available

Add vehicle and work photos directly in ReconFlow. Guided detail prompts and condition findings keep evidence with the right work. Supported purchase and sale documents can suggest intake fields for review; generated forms use the supported templates agreed during setup.

Dealer management systems (DMS)

Access & implementation required

Examples include CDK, Reynolds and Reynolds, Dealertrack, and Tekion. Live connections require confirmed compatibility and approved API or feed access. RO, parts, cost, inventory, and sale fields depend on the access granted; these are not connected by default.

Inventory & valuation platforms

Access & implementation required

Examples include vAuto, DealerSocket Inventory+, and Dealerslink. Live inventory feeds and licensed MMR or J.D. Power values require separately approved access and implementation. Manual values, source dates, and reviewed overrides can be recorded now.

Business accounts & notifications

Accounts and in-app alerts available

Individual email/password accounts support invitations, password recovery, store membership, and multiple roles. Account email delivery is checked during setup. Work changes and reminders appear in the in-app inbox; custom SMS requires a suitable sending account, sender registration where applicable, and recipient consent.

Parking & key management

Location tools available · key feeds require setup

Configure parking areas, garage floors, and spaces. Capture and confirm a device-location suggestion when supported; floors are confirmed manually. Key checks and vehicle handoffs work manually. Automatic key-machine updates, including KeyTrak, require a verified connection.

Diagnostic scans

Report imports available · direct scanning in pilot

Attach supported diagnostic reports. Read-only direct scanning is being tested with supported adapters and selected vehicles; device, transport, and vehicle coverage must be verified. Generic OBD readings do not constitute an all-module scan, and mileage is shown only when a supported reading is available.

Repair planning & AI

Manual ranges available · AI requires setup

Build rough parts and labor planning ranges using your store’s pricing settings. Optional AI assistance requires configuration and consent. Its rough assumptions need technician review and confirmed parts prices and labor before work is authorized.

One operational home for recon.

Run daily recon work in ReconFlow while your DMS and inventory platforms retain their business functions. Connection availability is confirmed for each rollout. Tell us what your store uses so we can review supported exports and approved integration options.
